If you're looking for my CNB-MAC 2017 talk slides, here they are.

Hi! I am currently working as a research assistant in computational biology and machine learning at Microsoft Research New England. Broadly speaking, I am interested in research at the intersection of biology, computer science, and statistics, having applications in both basic molecular biology and biomedicine.

Previously, I was a graduate student in the computer science department at Tufts University, where I received my master's degree in May 2017. I was advised by Prof. Lenore Cowen, and I worked (and still work) closely with the Bioinformatics and Computational Biology research group at Tufts.

When I'm not doing the research thing, I enjoy playing and watching most sports, cooking, reading, lifting weights, drinking tea, and having philosophical discussions with my debugging duck.
